License
VibeDeck is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or business use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
No warranty
VibeDeck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VibeDeck, including loss of data. You are responsible for backing up your data.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content of any prompts you create or copy through VibeDeck. The developer does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content.
iCloud sync
VibeDeck uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit for optional cross-device sync. Data syncing is governed by Apple's iCloud terms of service in addition to these terms.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
